The clinical technician collaborates with the clinical therapist to ensure quality clinical outcomes by providing efficient support services for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Responsibilities include providing direct support using evidence-Based approaches, daily data collection, participating in intervention planning, and updating families on progress.
Candidates must possess a university degree or college diploma in a human services field, with coursework in behaviour science or applied behaviour analysis being preferred. A minimum of three months of experience working directly with persons with autism is required, along with knowledge of asd, evidence-Based models, and aba techniques.
