The clinical therapist supports quality and clinical outcomes by providing efficient services to persons diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and their families, adhering to professional standards and legislative requirements. Responsibilities include designing and implementing evidence-Based intervention procedures using applied behaviour analysis principles, developing behaviour plans, and providing direct support and coaching to clients and staff.
Candidates must possess a university degree or college diploma specializing in applied behaviour analysis, behaviour science, or psychology, along with a minimum of one year of experience working clinically with persons with asd using aba techniques. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle access, and the ability to complete non-Violent crisis intervention certification are mandatory.
