The autism support associate leads the team to ensure daily support for individuals with autism meets their expectations for an enhanced quality of life, aligning with agency values. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison, providing leadership and coaching, implementing person centered planning, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Candidates must have either a developmental service worker diploma, human services diploma/Degree, or a personal support worker certificate, or alternatively, a high school diploma plus five years of related experience, preferably supporting individuals with autism. A valid g2 driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the physical ability to support adults and perform cpi techniques are mandatory.
