This role involves providing proactive and personalized support to university students throughout their journey, focusing on academic, emotional, and behavioral engagement through various consultation methods. Key duties include case management for at-Risk students, connecting them with internal/External services, and contributing to engagement initiatives like workshops and resource development.
Candidates must be empathetic, organized, and solutions-Focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing complex situations with diverse student populations. Essential qualifications include relevant tertiary education (Preferably in social services, education, or psychology) and proven experience supporting student engagement or wellbeing programs.
