The policy associate will lead the consultation lifecycle for institutional policies, support drafting and editing documentation, and act as a liaison between policy authors and governance bodies. This role also supports academic calendar development, manages stakeholder engagement, and coordinates governance processes across three campuses.
Candidates must have experience managing complex, multi-Step processes involving cross-Functional teams and cyclical deadlines, including coordinating consultations and supporting academic calendar updates. They need strong organizational skills, confidence with collaborative platforms like smartsheet and teams, excellent communication abilities, and an aptitude for taking ownership and adapting quickly.
