The it support team lead will take ownership of it support services at the new westminster campus, overseeing a small team of tier 1 support specialists, prioritizing customer service, and acting as the point of escalation for technical issues. Responsibilities also include scheduling staff, monitoring performance metrics, fostering a collaborative environment, and collaborating cross-Functionally on staff and faculty onboarding.
Candidates must possess a diploma or degree in an it-Related discipline and have prior experience as an it support specialist progressing into a leadership role, thriving in a multi-System environment. Essential leadership skills include leading by example, conflict navigation, scheduling, coaching, and taking initiative, alongside technical knowledge of itsm, office 365 administration, and operating system troubleshooting.
