VGH SIM and Wetlab Coordinator

The coordinator will lead the operational coordination of simulation and wet lab activities, integrating program coordination with analysis of service utilization, workflows, safety, and resource needs. This involves independently managing multiple concurrent programs, assessing operational requirements, and implementing solutions to maintain service continuity.

A bachelor's degree in health sciences, business administration, or education is required, supplemented by a minimum of three years of related experience in healthcare education, simulation services, surgical services, or operational coordination. The role demands moderate to heavy physical activity, including lifting up to 70 lbs, and exposure to biological materials.
