Employed Student Psychiatric Nurse (ESPN) - Bachelor's of Science in Psychiatric Nursing

As an employed student psychiatric nurse (Espn), you will provide direct nursing care to both stable and unstable patients, residents, or clients, appropriate to the level of education and training received in the nursing program. The program supports the transition from student to new graduate nurse through unit staff and educator guidance.

Applicants must have successfully completed the second year of their registered psychiatric nurse (Rpn) program or equivalent, including at least one adult psych rotation, and must remain continually enrolled and in good standing in a recognized bc nursing education program. Candidates also need bccnm employed student registrant registration and current basic cardiac life support (Healthcare provider cpr) certification.
