This role involves providing supervision and direction to clinical nurse educators, combining nursing education, leadership, and coordination to ensure educational programs meet organizational goals and support staff development. The incumbent will facilitate program planning, assess needs, support program delivery, conduct quality improvement analyses, and manage human resources efficiently.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in clinical areas like long-Term care (Ltc) or acute care, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within the last five years. Education requires graduation from an approved school of nursing, preferably with a degree in nursing including supervision courses or a degree in education/Adult learning.
