Nurse B - Clinical Resource Nurse

The clinical nurse educator integrates knowledge and skill to provide education, research, and quality client-Centered care, promoting care delivery through identified education programming. The incumbent is responsible for assessing staff learning needs, and planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities in collaboration with their manager.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bscn) and be registered or eligible with the college of registered nurses of saskatchewan (Crns). Required experience includes program/Resource development related to needs assessment, one year in adult education, experience teaching adults, and three years of clinical experience within the last five years.
