The program development educator integrates knowledge and skill reflective of sha models of care and adult learning principles to provide education, research, and quality client-Centered care for a defined client group. This role involves leading education programming, assessing staff learning needs, and planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities in collaboration with the manager.
Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bscn) or be actively pursuing one, along with a minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience within the last five years. Required experience includes program/Resource development, teaching adults, and facilitation skills, while experience with emr assessment tools is considered an asset.
