The program development educator integrates knowledge and skill reflective of the health services model of care and adult learning principles to provide education, research, and quality client-Centered care for defined programs. The incumbent will assess staff learning needs, plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities in collaboration with their manager.
A bachelor of science in nursing (Bscn) or active pursuit of a baccalaureate degree in nursing/Comparable education degree is required, along with a minimum of three years of clinical experience within the last five years. Applicants must also be registered or eligible with the college of registered nurses of saskatchewan (Crns) and possess a valid class 5 driver's license.
