Responsibilities include maximizing health and safety, implementing support plans, and coaching in areas like social skills, vocation, and daily living.
Candidates must have either a developmental service worker diploma, human services diploma/Degree, or a personal support worker certificate, or alternatively, a high school diploma plus one year of related experience, preferably supporting individuals with autism. The role requires physical ability to support adults, flexibility in scheduling, and a valid g2 driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle.
