Direct Support Person - Youth Program

The youth program direct support worker ensures full inclusion of all participants, fosters conversation, promotes a welcoming environment, and manages expectations and conflicts as they arise. This role also involves managing challenging behaviors and working collaboratively with other direct support workers.

Candidates need a secondary school diploma or some secondary school with related experience, along with demonstrated experience working with people with disabilities. Fluency in american sign language (Asl) and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle are assets.
