This role provides first-Level technical and administrative support for learning technology platforms, including the lms, digital experience platform, video platform, and badge system, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and deliverables. Responsibilities also include consulting with internal learning professionals to recommend solution approaches and facilitating platform usage through content creation and modification.
Candidates need 2-3 years of business experience in technology-Based training administration within a fast-Paced, service-Oriented environment, along with post-Secondary education, preferably in learning & development, computer science, business, or hr. Strong requirements include excellent attention to detail, client focus, problem-Solving abilities, and proficiency with microsoft 365.
