Activity facilitators create an inclusive environment for campers to develop skills through various activities. They assess group readiness, manage risks, and ensure adherence to program standards.
Candidates must have experience working with youth aged 11-17 and be fluent in french. They should also possess skills in facilitation, behavior management, and be certified in first aid and cpr.
