The manager, camper support is responsible for supporting the mental health, social, emotional, and behavioural needs of campers and providing direct support to youth as needed, working collaboratively with various internal teams and camper families. Key duties include building relationships, assessing eligibility, providing referrals, supporting intake staff, and overseeing training and standards review for camper support teams.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or an equivalent clinically relevant field, along with registration and entitlement to practice with the ocswssw. Required experience includes 3+ years working professionally with youth aged 12–16 in a mental health and behavioural setting, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
