The role involves providing individual and group interventions for struggling youth aged 12 to 17, including assisting with homework in core academic subjects and leading reflective workshops. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong relationships with high school partners, managing reports, and developing an intervention approach aligned with program objectives.
Candidates must possess a post-Secondary diploma or certificate in intervention or a related field, along with 2 to 3 years of experience specifically working with the 12–17-Year-Old demographic. Excellent oral and written communication skills in english are required, and first aid/Cpr certification is an asset.
