Employability Skills Developer, Opportunities Fund Chatham-Sarnia

This role involves developing flexible curriculum for enhanced employment assistance services (Eeas) based on participant needs, and delivering these services in group and one-To-One settings. The developer will also connect participants with employers for work experience and provide ongoing employment guidance and follow-Up.

Candidates should preferably have experience working with individuals with self-Identified disabilities or in employment services, along with post-Secondary education in a related field like counselling or human resources. A valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills are required.
