Responsibilities also include understanding and complying with all provincial, municipal, and ymca policies and procedures, and committing to diversity, equity, inclusion, and fostering a sense of belonging.

Requirements summary

Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and legally entitled to work in canada, possessing up-To-Date immunizations and valid standard first aid and cpr level c certification (Or scheduled training within three months). Experience working with children aged 4-12 is an asset, and those who are early childhood education graduates must be registered with the college of early childhood educators.
