Enhanced Employer Support Facilitator, Employment Opportunities

The facilitator will network with local employers to help individuals with self-Identified disabilities who have little or no labor force attachment secure employment, providing education and on-Site monitoring for successful accommodations. Responsibilities also include identifying participant needs, organizing workshops for employers, promoting integration strategies, and assisting in the development of individualized employment action plans.

Preferred qualifications include experience working with individuals with self-Identified disabilities or in employment services, along with post-Secondary education in relevant fields like counselling or social services. A valid driver's license, regular access to a vehicle, and the ability to pass a criminal record check are required.
