Program facilitators are responsible for creating an inclusive and supportive environment by briefing, leading, and debriefing activities to help campers develop tangible skills outlined in the tims camps program framework. They must also assess and manage risk while ensuring all thfc program and wellness standards are followed.
Candidates need two years of experience working with children or youth, preferably in an outdoor setting, and must demonstrate the ability to adapt facilitation styles based on group needs. Required qualifications include skilled behavior management, problem-Solving abilities, current standard first aid/Cpr-C certification, and an acceptable criminal background check.
