Activity facilitators are responsible for creating an inclusive and supportive environment by leading, briefing, and debriefing activities to help campers develop tangible skills outlined in the tims camps programs framework. This role also involves assessing and managing risk, maintaining gear and spaces, and ensuring adherence to program and wellness standards.
Candidates must have experience working with youth aged 11-17 and be experienced facilitators capable of adapting their style to group needs, utilizing positive behavior management. Required qualifications include current standard first aid + cpr certification (Or willingness to obtain) and the ability to pass a criminal background check and live on-Site.
