The program lead drives the successful implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the in-Community/Classrooms program operations in their assigned region, ensuring programmatic goals are met with excellence. This role involves delivering high-Quality programming, supervising team members in the classroom, and providing direction based on knowledge of youth development and program quality systems.
Candidates must have a university degree or college background in education, nonprofit management, or a related field, along with five years of experience in program delivery, education, camp management, or operations, preferably in youth development settings. Essential requirements include demonstrated excellence in group facilitation, strong organizational skills, access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
