The program manager will lead the delivery of all programs at tim horton onondaga farms, ensuring high-Quality program facilitation and continuous improvement through regular assessment and implementation of learnings. This role involves managing direct reports, collaborating across departments, and overseeing program operations, including purchasing and risk management.
Candidates must possess a university degree or college background in a related field or equivalent experience, with demonstrated expertise in youth development, outdoor education, and camping industry practices, specifically working with youth aged 11-17. Essential abilities include excellence in program facilitation, knowledge of program quality systems, team leadership, budget management, and problem-Solving in a fast-Paced environment.
