Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years in learning and development, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, along with a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field like education or instructional design. Essential qualifications include proven experience managing content production and instructional design teams, a strong grasp of adult learning principles and elearning technologies, and excellent leadership and analytical skills.
