The incumbent will provide administrative support for the faculty's academic functions, assisting with processes across the entire academic life cycle, including managing processes for contract academic staff, post-Doctoral compensations, and various academic appointments and awards. This role also involves providing guidance on hr policies, liaising with immigration advisors, and supporting faculty-Level committees.
Candidates must possess a dec iii (Equivalent to a professional certificate or associate degree) plus 3 years of related experience, along with strong organizational, analytical, problem-Solving, and decision-Making skills. Fluency in both spoken and written english is required, and french proficiency (Spoken and read) is also necessary.
