National Manager, Learning & Development

This role involves managing a team of learning & development professionals, including planning objectives, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating performance. The manager will also be responsible for modernizing learning practices, translating business needs into measurable outcomes, and overseeing all training consultant activities.

Candidates must possess post-Secondary education or professional certification in learning and development or adult education, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in leadership. Strong knowledge of facilitation trends, curriculum development, project management, and proven leadership/Influence skills are essential.
