The clinical service leader oversees daily clinical service delivery and operational issues to ensure optimal client care. They also provide guidance and mentorship to staff and contribute to the development and evaluation of therapeutic recreation services.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of recent therapeutic recreation experience in a healthcare setting, with supervisory experience preferred. An undergraduate degree in recreation studies or an equivalent is required, with a postgraduate degree preferred.
