The early childhood educator is responsible for delivering impact-Specific, age-Appropriate programming to all children in the program based on current child development principles. This includes assessing individual child needs and planning programming that promotes positive social, physical, emotional, and cognitive development while fostering a clean and safe environment.
Applicants must possess an ece ii or ece iii classification from the manitoba child care program along with a current infant/Child first aid and cpr certificate. A minimum of two years of experience working with children in a childcare facility is required, along with demonstrated understanding and application of child development theory.
