The early childhood educator is responsible for delivering age-Appropriate programming that promotes the social, physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children. They must also maintain a clean, safe environment while managing behavioral issues and documenting relevant information according to organizational policies.

Candidates must hold an ece ii or ece iii classification from the manitoba child care program and possess a current infant/Child first aid and cpr certificate. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a childcare facility is required, along with a strong understanding of child development principles.
