The early childhood educator is responsible for delivering age-Appropriate programming that promotes the social, physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children. They must also maintain a clean, safe environment while managing behavioral issues and documenting child progress.

Candidates must hold an ece ii or ece iii classification from the manitoba child care program and possess current infant/Child first aid and cpr certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with children in a childcare facility is required.
