The family support worker will work proactively with pregnant youth, children, and families, providing support services that enhance family strengths and promote healthy growth and development for children. They will act as a relationship-Builder and advocate, helping families develop new skills and achieve their goals.

Candidates must have ece ii/Iii certification or equivalent education/Training in relevant fields, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with young people and families in marginalized communities. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are also required.
