The early childhood educator is responsible for delivering impact-Specific, age-Appropriate programming to children using current child development principles. This role involves assessing individual child needs and planning programming to promote positive social, physical, emotional, and cognitive development within a clean and safe environment.
Applicants must possess an ece ii or ece iii classification from the manitoba child care program along with current infant/Child first aid and cpr certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with children in a childcare facility is required, alongside demonstrated knowledge of child development theory and practical application.
