Applicants must possess current practicing registration as a registered nurse with the british columbia college of nurses and midwives, along with two years of recent experience in a maternity setting that includes labor and birth, or recent completion of a perinatal nursing specialty certificate. Essential requirements also include current neonatal resuscitation certification and the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
