Child Care Supervisor (School Age Program)

The supervisor will be responsible for leading and supporting the staff team while managing the daily operations and administration of the school-Age program. This role also requires developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of the children.

Candidates must possess manitoba early childhood educator level 2 or 3 certification along with experience supervising staff and working with infants or preschool children. Essential requirements include proven leadership, conflict resolution, strong communication skills, administrative ability, and current emergency first aid and cpr c certification.
