Adult Fitness Instructor

Instructors will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering a variety of quality, safe, and fun exercise classes for members. They must also play an important role in providing encouragement, motivation, and support to help members achieve their fitness, health, and wellness goals.

Candidates must be certified through ymca, mfc, or an equivalent organization and possess 6-12 months of experience in fitness instruction. Essential requirements include current emergency first aid and cpr c certification, along with strong skills in communication, organization, and time management.
