The junior cabin leader will support cabin leaders in supervising and engaging a cabin group while serving as a positive role model demonstrating respect and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include assisting in planning and delivering age-Appropriate activities, fostering a safe cabin environment, and providing individualized support for camper well-Being.
Candidates should have experience working with children or youth in volunteer, recreational, or school settings, possess a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. A commitment to completing required training and holding intermediate first aid with cpr-C certification is necessary.
