A minimum requirement is an associate degree plus one year of related work experience in a teaching environment, or two years of related experience in lieu of the degree, with official transcripts required. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of laboratory operations, excellent computer skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
