The teacher will be responsible for creating an inspiring class environment using a social-Emotional learning lens, motivating students, and establishing positive relationships with parents and staff. Key duties include developing and teaching culturally relevant math and business curricula aligned with ib and ministry standards, and supporting student growth through interdisciplinary units.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher with a specialization in math, along with ontario college of teachers certification or equivalent qualifications in math and business. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of three years of teaching experience and knowledge of the ib curriculum, alongside strong relational and technological skills.
