This pivotal leadership role is responsible for the strategic design, delivery, and oversight of a vibrant student experience for grades 7-12, focusing on co-Curricular programs, student leadership development, and global engagement. Key accountabilities include overseeing student government, leading major school events, managing budgets for student life programming, and providing leadership for experiential education and travel programs.
Candidates must possess a post-Secondary education and an ontario teacher’s certificate or equivalent, along with a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience, including leadership experience. Desired qualifications include knowledge of student leadership models, experience with the ib framework, and a commitment to girls' education.
