The school counsellor will provide individual and small group counselling focused on students' social, emotional, and well-Being needs, while also developing academic pathways in collaboration with university counsellors. Key duties include liaising with various staff and parents, delivering sel lessons, and supporting students with self-Awareness and self-Management skills.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, coupled with at least 5 years of high school counselling experience and additional qualifications in guidance and/Or counselling. Essential attributes include strong relational skills, a commitment to dei, proficiency with technology, and alignment with the school's mission.
