This role oversees and supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of all arts-Based activities and camp-Wide special programs, ensuring they are engaging and accessible for all guests. The section head will lead program development, facilitate activities alongside staff, provide supervision and coaching, and act as a liaison between program staff and camp leadership.
Candidates should possess strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities, patience, and empathy. Required qualifications include current standard first aid and cpr 'c', a recent police record check with vulnerable sector screening, and the ability to work flexible hours and reside on-Site during the operational season.
