The section head, waterfront oversees and supports water-Based activities, ensuring the safe operation of the program area and adequate staff training to support organized activities for guests of all ages and abilities. This role involves facilitating programs, acting as a liaison between staff and leadership, and managing all waterfront safety procedures and documentation.
Candidates must possess a current national lifeguard (Nls) certification and a pleasure craft operator card (Pcoc), along with strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills, and the ability to resolve conflict in emergencies. Required qualifications also include current standard first aid and cpr 'c', and the willingness to reside on-Site at cnib lake joe during the operational season.
