This role involves acting as a clinical leader and educator to build frontline capacity by supporting point-Of-Care nurses and developing/Implementing care plans integrating psychiatric and medical needs across non-Psychiatric units. Responsibilities also include liaising with community teams, promoting best practices, and providing direct nursing care when necessary.
Candidates must be registered with the british columbia college of nurses and midwives as a practicing rn or rpn registrant, possessing at least two years of recent, related experience in the specialty area or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key abilities include teaching, coaching, developing educational programs, and effective interdisciplinary teamwork.
