The critical care rn assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for patients. They provide direct nursing interventions and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
Candidates must have current registration as a registered nurse with bccnm and preferably 1-2 years of medical/Surgical experience. Funding for post-Basic education is available for those who do not meet the qualifications.
