The regional manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of programs, training & development, and quality within long term care homes, ensuring adherence to extendicare policies and applicable legislation. Key duties involve educating, coaching, and mentoring frontline teams, promoting regulatory compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement (Cqi) initiatives across the region.
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of combined experience in a long term care setting at the senior management level, with demonstrated skill in using data to drive decisions and translating policies into practice. Required competencies include experience in gerontology, cqi, research, adult learning, change management, strong leadership, and proficiency in microsoft office applications.
