The regional manager is tasked with ensuring the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of programs, training & development, and quality within long term care homes, while implementing policies to meet organizational and legislative standards. Key duties involve educating and coaching frontline teams, promoting regulatory compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement (Cqi) through audits and performance monitoring.
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of combined experience in a long term care setting at a senior management level, demonstrating proficiency in using data to guide decisions and translating policies into practice. Essential qualifications include experience in gerontology, cqi, research, adult learning, or change management, along with strong knowledge of rai-Mds and excellent leadership and communication skills.
