The regional manager is tasked with ensuring the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of programs, training & development, and quality within long term care homes, while implementing policies to meet organizational and legislative standards. Key duties involve supporting home leadership teams through education and coaching, promoting regulatory compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement (Cqi) initiatives across the region.
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of combined experience in a long term care setting at the senior management level, with proficiency in using data to guide decisions and translating policies into practice. Desired qualifications include experience in gerontology, cqi, research, adult learning, change management, and strong knowledge of rai-Mds, along with computer proficiency and the ability to travel.
