The role is responsible for comprehensive food service delivery, including planning, preparation, service, and clean-Up for trca sites and facilities according to approved menus and recipes. Major duties involve tracking meal counts, managing inventory, adhering to strict health and safety standards, and ensuring proper food storage and temperature monitoring.
Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in food preparation and service, along with a smart serve certification and successful completion of a vulnerable sector screening. Essential abilities include basic knowledge of hygiene and kitchen equipment, experience preparing large quantities of food, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
